Happy spring dear readers!
It was a magnificently beautiful day here in Wyoming. Judes enjoyed spending time with friends in Green River.
She also got to spend time with this guy. He's clearly not as cute as me, but I'll give him credit for trying:
A few weeks ago Judes visited Farson. Here's a picture of the Wind River Mountains in the distance:
And this is the actual Oregon Trail. Not the computer game, the true thing!
Judes and I celebrated Purim last night with some friends. She made hamentaschen for the first time. There were two flavors - chocolate peanut butter, and pumpkin butter. Here's the photographic evidence. They sure smelled yummy to me!
She also made some corn kugel:
Some Israeli couscous:
And ash reshteh, Persian noodle soup, to celebrate the Persian New Year. The noodles symbolize good fortunes ahead, and the many paths life can take. Like, for example, the path of the Oregon Trail (above), or the path from the east coast to Wyoming. Also, it smelled delicious. Judes almost forgot to take a picture, she was so busy eating. Luckily, I reminded her I needed documentation for the vital blog of the dog (aka - me).
Today we went for a lovely walk in the neighborhood. I wonder who lives in that hole.
Have a fabulous week friends!
