Happy Halloween! Judes and I enjoyed a carrot party by the fireplace tonight.

Here's my scary face:

My silly face:

And, my "can I please have another carrot" face:

Hello readers,

I would like to wish a very happy birthday to dear JUDES!! I will note, however, that I, Sir Rockingham, received an email from my Massachusetts kennel, wishing me a happy birthday! Silly kennel, my birthday is....is....alright kennel, your guess is as good as mine. And, Judes told me a present arrived for me, but she hasn't shown it to me yet. She said something about a future fashion show though....

Anyway, happiest of happy days to the awesome Judes! I look forward to our many adventures to come, in whichever state(s) you choose to live!

Judes must have some super cool co-workers, because these were at work today! (Yes, that mug does say "Cowgirl," and yes, Judes did buy it before we even moved west). But look at the pretty colors!!!!

And here's dinner. Judes took some home, but is already working on finishing it as I type this. Sadly, I was not invited out to dinner. I heard there was a fireplace, homemade cards and presents, and a free dessert. And a full moon too!

The wind these past few days has been atrocious. I hope Judes can turn it off soon. I read it might snow next week. I can only assume the snow falls horizontally  here.

And here is today's positive thought, brought to you by Judes' positive-thought-a-day calendar:

Seems pretty self-explanatory. I was born to be Rockingham, and Judes was born to be Judes.

Happy October folks!!

Hello friends!

It is getting chillier in these parts, and I am looking forward to snuggling with Judes this weekend. She left me for a few days this week (with a friend, don't worry, I had plenty of love, attention, and carrots!) to attend the Wyoming School Psychology Association's Fall Conference in Casper. She said they learned all about reading. On the drive home, she stopped at Independence Rock:

From there, she saw Devil's Gate:

Who knows what adventures await us next? Happy weekend, readers!

Hello friends,

Look at the beautiful fall colors!

That is actually in Laramie, where I was not invited. Rude. Judes went to a football game there. Here's the band playing:

Judes says they started the game with a horse galloping down the field. They also had a pony trot out for touchdowns. Oh, and the Cowboys won.

So Judes celebrated appropriately:

And today she took me to the bark park. About time Judes!! On the way saw the dancing pizza. He was advertising jack-o-lantern pizzas. Strange place, Wyoming. But look, lots of pretty leaves here too:

Yay playtime!!

Anyone else think the desert floor is kind of odd??

Good evening readers,

I do hope you are all enjoying this lovely October. I sure am. Here I am on my walk today:

I was super excited because I hadn't seen Judes in a few days. On Friday, she had a half day, and she dropped me off for a vacation and then went on her own vacation. I'm super popular at the kennel. I get lots of tummy rubs and everyone is always exclaiming over how cute I am. It can be tough being a celebrity sometimes. Judes didn't have nearly as much fun as I did this weekend, but I found some pictures of her travels, so I'm putting them here.

Here's Judes at Granite Falls, on the way to Grand Teton National Park. This was near the hot springs in the mountains. A nice way to start the weekend, I suppose.

 Self-explanatory.

Church of the Configuration in the Tetons. An alright view, if you're into that kind of thing.

A fellow traveler.

Water spraying out of a hole in the ground. Something about famous and geyser, being dependable or...faithful, maybe?

What a strange state we've moved to.

 Fall in Wyoming.

Judes says this is called "Solitary Geyser."

The Old Faithful Inn. Judes says her wedding will most definitely occur here. I heard Shoeshine has even stayed here!

Hanging out by the geyser.

I don't know why Judes insists on looking so happy everywhere.

Humans are certainly far more bizarre than dogs. I mean, look at this sign they created!

Hidden Falls. Good job finding it, Judes.

So, like I said, my weekend was much cooler than Judes'!

Lovely Wyoming

My, my, my, isn't Wyoming lovely?

Yes, it is lovely. I am perfecting my "I will die without a carrot right this instant" look. What do you think?

And here I am helping Judes read.

She did such a good job, I took her for a walk. And see? There's Wyoming, still lovely.
